Innate votes are not lost unless a new title is gained. Changing sects (cam -> non-Cam or vice-versa) is not sufficient. Figuring out what to do with titles when after a sect change is easy in some cases, hard in others. It happens infrequently enough to warrant leaving it alone rather than muddy the issue to handle the hard cases. > 6.
