A while ago I noticed Shadow of the Beast, and started trading for
RPG launchers for a City Gangrel Obf-Cel-Pro deck. This deck,
unfortunately, did not work very well, due to a lack of good-sized
vampires with the proper disciplines.
Sigh.
So I shelved the idea, and I made this new deck based off
Gangrel Fortitude-Protean RPG launchers. However, it doesn't quite
work yet. Can you tell me how to improve it without losing the
RPG's? Bear in mind that it doesn't have to be tournament-quality...
just damn fun-deck quality.

How much damage can one vampire do in one round?

My first decision would be, with only 2 Sabbat Ganbrel in my crypt, is
taking up space with the Campground HG worth it. Same goes for the
Black Spiral Buddy. It you use a House-Rule that Antitribu and normal
clans are the same for resource conditions (dont laugh, I've seen it
done) then by all means, keep them. I was in a bit of a hurry this
morning, so I didn't really get to look at the rest of the deck.
In response to you last question, I ask "How many votes can a Vampire
get in a single action?"

Oops - also need Heidelburg to transfer all of those Slaves to
Arika once they're in play. (Or a Clan Impersonation to make
Arika a Lasombra until she gets all of them, or whatever).

Use Arika calling a Ventrue Justicar vote:
4(IC) +2(Legendary) +4(BO) +1(Ventrue) +X(Awe)
Where X is (2*Capacity)+1, and capacity is arbitrary, based on the
number of cards in the game, which in turn is based on the number
of Meths in the game, given that all unaccounted-for cards are
Camarilla Vitae Slaves except for a number of Hostile Takeovers
equal to the number of Meths minus one.
=X+11
(Miscellaneous 1-vote-gain cards, e.g. Ely:Versailles, have not been
included, since doing so would decrease X by 2 for net loss of 1 vote.)

What about that card that lets you burn pool for votes (Business
Pressure?)?
Considering that at any time you could have an arbitrary amount of pool
(though I've never seen much more than 40)...

For your OBF CEL PRO Deck: How about an Assamite-Gangrel Antitribu Deck?
Through in a couple of Protean Masters for your Assamite and center your
Combats on Celerity with the Threat of a final Wolf-Clawed blow. Use some cheap
effective Weapons (Ivory Bow, Meat Cleaver)
Use Shadow of the Beast only for your RPG-Launchers, and some Claws for that
funny Ashes to Ashes song... :) This may be your only Protean Cards.
Use Hidden Lurker to get into Combat (you can redraw your card!) and Disguised Weapon
to tell your opponent before combat that he will be surprised... (play with RPG)
This may be your only Obfuscate Cards.
Put in Ruthor's Hand for Pieter, Samantha, Al-Ashrad or Kalinda. Your Prey will love you. :)
Perhaps one Walk of Flame (Well, you're right, Kalinda DON'T have Protean... :)
Crypt:
Name Clan Cap Disciplines Special
Blaise Gangrel Anti 7 CEL obf +1 hand damage
Samantha Gangrel Anti 10 CEL OBF PRO hand damage is aggavated, +1 intercept vs. Lasombra,
has tha to use Ruthor's Hand, Bishop
Pieter Gangrel Anti 6 OBF PRO has tha to use Ruthor's Hand
Sadie Gangrel Anti 2 pro
Chandler Gangrel 3 PRO +1 intercept vs. Gangrel
Al-Ashrad Assamite 9 CEL obf +1 bleed, may burn Camarilla location as (d)-action,

Kalinda Assamite 6 CEL OBF has tha to use Ruthor's Hand, cannot diablerize
Abd al-Rashid Assamite 5 CEL OBF cannot diablerize
Kanya Assamite 2 cel cannot diablerize
Sarah Brujah Anti 3 CEL -1 stealth on each (d)-action vs. each Meth. who controls

Nik Caitiff 1 cel All Brujah get +1 intercept against him
Huang Pander 1 pro All Gangrel Antitribu may attack her with a (d)-action

12 Vampires Total Cost: 55, mean: 4.58
The library is something for you. You may go through your discipline cards to find what makes fun.
Celerity, Obfuscate, Protean, Thaumaturgy, it is all there...

The question was how many votes could a vampire get, not how many
could a methuselah get. Business pressure's votes come only from
the methuselah.

Wow, I never thought of giving Gangrel the RPG, I always used it on
Nosferatu, because I like to play them with lots of maneuvers, so they
often have IR goggles on, use an aid from bats first round, press with
the bat, then pull out the disguised RPG (thats not a weed sprayer! ****
KABLOUIE!)Or Trmere. cause they have to stay at range, and have to press
anyway, and they can get stuff with the ever handy Magic of the Smith
(local hardware store). Hmmn, Gangrel have all the maneuvers and presses
to pull it off, and fortitude to stay in combat. Basilia has normal obf
doesnt she? chuckle, snicker, snort (bahahahahahahaha) :)
Thanks for the idea,
James B.
