Two questions, one of which I probably already know the answer to.
1) Just to double check, since Social Charm is a bleed as a directed
action, you CAN bleed your predator with it, right?
2) Ok, here's teh weird question... Let's say I have Sir Walter Nash
out. Can I cast a Ventrue Justicar political aciton, make him the
Justicar and get 5 votes from him? WE've had this happen several time
before... the way WE decided it was if you make a Primogen a Prince with
a Praxis Seizure, they only get 2 votes, as by definition, Primogen's
support the Prince. If a Prince through Praxis Seizure become the Prince
of more than one City, they still only get 2 votes, as they can only be
in one city at a time in order to cast tehir votes. However, if a Prince
becuase a Justicar through a political aciton, I see no reason why they
couldnt' get 5 votes since being Justicar ONLY deals with clan activites
where Princes deal with their Cities activites, so someone who is Both
prince AND Justicar would get 2 votes for controlling the city and 3
votes fro controlling the clan...
what do ya'all think? Tom? ANy official words?

Right.

There's nothing in the rules saying that titles can't be cumulative, but
that is a little grim, yeah, so I asked about it. No response yet...
look for another Random Jyhad Rulings, post.

I would say yes, that's how we're playing it now. A (D) action can be
directed against anyone unless specifically narrowed down.

I'm so glad someone else has had this happen. We've had the same happen with
Praxis Seizures in recent games. We generally ruled (until we hear
differently from WotC) that you can only use one title at a time. If you
give Justicar to a Prince, you can either use the Prince votes, or Justicar
votes at one time.....and likewise with Primogens. I dislike the idea that
gaining a higher title strips away the lower title, as was bandied about
during a game....it makes Seizures a little less powerful in contention.
Tom, HELP! :)
