Hello. I'm just asking, does anyone know what is the plan with Anthelios, as in will it be made a promo-card, handed in tournament prize support, or will it remain as elusive as Dan Murdock and what'shername. The two promo vamps, though. Thank you.

It may be as elusive in 8 years as Dan and Marianna are now (8 years after they were released), but at the time they were released, they flowed like water at tournaments (for the period 1996 - 1998), too. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. [ quoted text not captured ] I just received a tournament kit for our tournament of August 21st (shameless plug) There was Anthelios in there as well as Hannibal (Adv), Yong-Sun (Adv), some WWEF, Legion and Corruption Counter cards. Included also are three boosters. And the blood counters look gorgeous Best Regards Mathieu Dewavrin Baron of Nantes - France

[ quoted text not captured ] Anthelios was distributed with Gehenna pre-release materials (some princes however did not get their pre-release Anthelios) It was also distributed in Scrye Magazine. It is also apparently going out in regular tournament support kits, hopefully available from your prince. Dan and Gilbert were only available at tournaments at the time (at least that is my understanding), so Anthelios already has a more spread out distribution. I would suspect that more Anthelios have been produced than Dan and Gilbert but that is pure speculation. -JTP

Said novel alse featured Elliot Sinclair, IIRC. When the novel coupons died down, WotC followed up with making them available by sending an SASE in, without needing a coupon... DaveZ Atom Weaver

I only ask because with things like Star Wars and B5, where the property is essentially owned by a single person, information is so tightly controlled that all novels are canon *unless otherwise stated*, whereas with Star Trek and some other pulp series, the product is only maybe 50/50. > LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. > Links to V:TES news, rules, cards, utilities, and tournament calendar: > http://www.white-wolf.com/vtes/ Kevin M., Prince of Henderson, NV (USA) "Know your enemy, and know yourself; in one-thousand battles you shall never be in peril." -- Sun Tzu, *The Art of War* "Contentment... Even the Star Wars and B5 novels are not part of the WoD canon. :-) All novels are non-canon, in the context of this thread. -- [ quoted text not captured ]
