Brothers in Arms and Igoli's Loyalty

1st about the BiA, Which sect thy become when I play them? -default Sabbat or the acting vampire's sect? ie. do I have 2 sabbat Brothers in Arms when I play them with Adonai and Dela Eden or do I have 1 Laibon and 1 Sabbat. Igoli's is the card like Bribes, but can be puffed up really big (depending how others vote and how much my Ishtarri has blood to burn) -everyone who votes in favor get's the amount of extra pool which that Ishtarii burns blood (do I get the pool?) Thanks in Advance! -sorry for not getting official texts here, my computer or the site of WW is having a really bad mood this morning :P
