Here are my questions: The tricky one... Protected Resources: The card text says: "another Methuselah may not bleed you for more than 2 pool" Does this mean that in a single action you can't be bled for more than 2? Or with all actions combined the total bleed can't be more than 2 pool (per turn)? And if you are bled for more than 2 pool is it reduced to 2 or does the whole action fizzle with no pool loss? ...and the easy ones... Akhenaten: With the errata, is Akhenaten still restricted to taking an action to burn a Follower of Set controlled by your prey, or can he burn any Settite? Major Boon: When this card is played, it the action still considered a successful bleed for the purposes of obtaining the edge? Muriel, Lady Thunder: If you play a wake on Muriel can she use her special tap to end combat ability? Horrid Reality: If the summoned weapon is stolen during the combat, does it still go to the ash heap or library at the end? Ghoul Retainer: When he's using a weapon is it treated like other retainer/environmental damage? Can't be dodged or prevented as stikes etc... Thanks. Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.

Looks like any Setite. The errata referenced is no longer on deja.com to refer to for verification. > Major Boon: When this card is played, it the action still > considered a successful bleed for the purposes of obtaining > the edge? Yes. The bleed still resolves succesfully unless it gets reduced to zero after the card is played (in which case, the effects of the Major Boon are ignored). The master card just modifies who loses the pool. > Muriel, Lady Thunder: If you play a wake on Muriel can she > use her special tap to end combat ability? No. Wakes allow a minion to block and play reaction cards as if untapped. Since she's techically still tapped, she can't tap for her special ability. > Horrid Reality: If the summoned weapon is stolen during > the combat, does it still go to the ash heap or library > at the end? I don't have the ruling in front of me, but I'm pretty sure that LSJ has said that the lucky minion gets to keep it. > Ghoul Retainer: When he's using a weapon is it treated like > other retainer/environmental damage? I don't agree with that, Noal. The weapon should still be under the effects of the Horrid Reality. This is based upon an earlier discussion that occurred on the Newsgroup between yourself, Coupe, LSJ, Ravnos_Shadow and Cecil, which discussed the use of Dragon Breath rounds with a gun brought out via Horrid Reality. As the DB would destroy the gun prior to the effects of the HR (at superior) taking effect, the gun would not be placed back into the library. Based upon the entire discussion that took place, I have been led to the conclusion that the HR weapon, if stolen, would remain with the new owner until Combat was over. Then it would fall under the effects of the HR and go back to the original owner (to be placed in the Ash Heap [at Normal] or library [at Superior]. Now as per errata, a stolen weapon can not be used against it's former owner on the round it is taken. It can be used in a subsequent round if a press occurred that delays the end of Combat. Strange. The card is still in play, and so the effect can still reach it. I'd be inclined to burn it/library it. -- James Coupe | PGP Key 0x5D623D5D "I know my ex-boyfriend lies. No. Since it is still in play, it is still subject to the "burn/return it at the end of combat" effect from Horrid Reality.
