The title is great. How did the game go?
Anyway, kind of reminds me of Szilan's Cardano deck. Hmm. I think
maybe you need some Cardano, and to get rid of the group 3 vampires.

Looks good, except that I should point out that you're not using the
Auspex. I seriously think group 1 might be better than group 3 in
this case. Sarah Cobbler, Jing Wei, Merrill Molitor.

Looks pretty solid. I would think that you could maybe lose a few
cards to get room elsewhere. Pulled Fangs seem pretty expendable,
even if they do keep weenies down for the count.

Solid, I guess. I assume the Flak Jacket is there to handle the
weenie horde?

Don't ask. ;)
First game, never saw the Eye, the Hand, or any MotS. Not so
hot. Second game I scooped and quit because one of the players was drunk
and belligerent for the umpteenth time and I decided I had better uses for
my time. Not such a nice thing to report, but there it is.

I *really* do swim around with a bunch of speed bleed machines; I'm trying
to keep the crypt as small as possible.

I picked group three so I could play with Emelio, who has fortitude. I'd
get better dom with group one, granted, and the little guys are mostly
there to deflect. I'll think about it.

I still wish I was at eighty. If I'd had eighty, maye I would've turned
up one of the five cards that would've given me the launch. I could dump
the skill cards for something generally more useful, but given who Muaziz
is and the fact that I don't actually have to have them in hand, it seemed
like a good idea. Still, maybe a Vast Wealth or two would be good.
> Seeing 2 Govern just kills me. Couldn't you go up to, like 4?
> A couple of Atonement, maybe?
You're trying to turn me into one of those 90 card deck people, aren't
you? Anyway, Govern is "bleed for three", but if I can get the Eye then
she's permableed for two. Given that it's really a combat deck, that
seemed sufficient.
> Seeing no Conditioning also kills me.
I'd really like to actually have the deck go and then assess how much more
bleed I need. Frankly, damned near every game is just stupid
deflect-o-matic after deflect-o-matic. I'll probably need to off all the
bouncers first and, after that, the difference should be pretty minor.

Nah. The weeners pretty much just sit there and wait to, uh,
deflect-o-matic.

It started out as six Amaranths, and I really can't remember why I split
them 3/3.

More for the Gangrel poke, since that's a really common element around

I know, I know. I was mostly just joking...offering my expected
commentary. My point was really that Group 1 has more dominate.

Sketchy, since he only has dom. I'd be more inclined to pick Marlene,
the Infernalist, if you're not too wedded to playing all Tremere.

Better dom is good. :)

Hey, I was trying to give hints as to what to drop as well. :) I
think Dreams would still be a good addition, though. Hand cycling if
you need it, otherwise, free pool (+ transfers).

10 master cards just seemed like "not quite enough." Vast Wealth
would be okay, but I'm not sure I'd recommend it in place of something
else.

Nah. I'm trying to turn into one of those 80 card people, but it's
not working very well.

I don't know how you can get around just bleeding for two with a lot
of Deflection in reserve. And I'd think you'd need more Deflection
for that strategy.

Well, if you didn't want to hear my complaints about needing more
bleed-y stuff, why'd ya post the deck? :)

Heh. That's what I like to hear.
[PF vs. Amaranth]

I'd probably just leave it at 3 Amaranth, and let the rest go.

Hah! Quite the change.
Man, how would Lazvernius + Eternal Vigilance do in your group? Or
did you try that recently? Seems like it'd be a pretty sweet way to
knock down the weenies. Or maybe !Toreador + Art of Pain. Gargoyles
+ Armor of Terra + Atonement + Freak Drive?

Not wedded to the Tremere, except that it's a Muaziz deck. I don't think
I own a Marlene, though. Isn't she Sabbat only? I have ass for Sabbat
cards.

Yeah, saying "I don't have room for Dreams" is probably logically empty,
if you dig deep enough. Luckily, I transcended logic a long time ago and
am now free to ignore it at will.

Oh it isn't, not by a long shot, especially since four of them are
"phantom". Still, I have to weigh that against the fact that I'm already
five cards over my target.
> Nah. I'm trying to turn into one of those 80 card people, but it's

What isn't working? If you're getting decked, then it may be
playstyle-related. If you go combat-wombat, then those are the times I
think about going to ninety. I mean, I *know* they should be ninety, but
I've built so many decks at eighty now that I default to them in my head.
> I don't know how you can get around just bleeding for two with a lot

Can't afford to jam up on the Deflections myself, and I don't really
intend to oust by bounce. The bounce is there to have a shot at one in my
opening hand, or a few cards after, so I get to play a game with thirty
pool to spend, instead of the 18 I usually have left by the time I get
something going.
> Hah! Quite the change.
Being sarcastic again, I assume? If not, then I think they are very much
the same. The stealth's lighter, but it includes FoM, and blocking is no
longer a no-brainer since he has a hefty amount of Claws and at least some
Kiss of Ra (seems to always have it, but that could just be appearances).

I may pick Laz back up again. For a while, he was 'claimed' by another
player who liked him a lot, so I just avoided decks with him in them (same
as I avoid Lasombra in general just because one of our players is nuts for
them and plays several different ones regularly). I am thinking about
deliberately contesting the low cap Malkavians, just because this is
starting to affect my desire to play the game, but I haven't thought of a
deck built around them that: A) amuses me and B) isn't a clone of one of
the other "uber efficient" weenie decks these guys crank out.

Josh (I assume you've forgiven him) had a funny weenie malk deck with tons
of bribes, and the rider clauses, cryptic riders, malk justicar and maybe
some anarchs? I forget. Anyway it was pretty efficient which might not be
your 'thing'. Just build a deck that uses all their fun cards, like
Malkavian game, muddles, etc... Fun.

I might. The only weenie deck I've played in about three years was a
Bribes deck. I needed all the distinct acting minions to do what I wanted
to do with Bribes. Actually, it was built around PRO, and included Raven,
Badger, and Camille, so it wasn't *exactly* a weenie deck, but close
enough.
