>1- Can I play two or more of the same combat card in a
>single combat (two "Skin of Steel" or two "Flash", for example)?
Yes, unless the card says otherwise or the rules do.
You can't play two Flashes one after the other to keep the range the
same.. however, you could play a flash, have your opponent maneuver and
then you play flash... but you can't cancel your own maneuvers.
Also, with Skin of Steel, you can only prevent damage if there is damage
to prevent, so you can't just play two to get rid of them on the same
strike - btu you could play them in different rounds or on different
strikes.
>2- Is the
>effect of "Increased Strength" cumulative?
Yes. The + symbol is used in Jyhad to indicate cumulativeness of the
figures.
>3- May I atack TAPPED vampires as
>a D action (like in Haven Uncovered and Bum's Rush)?
Yes, assuming you use the cards named to do so. They simply say "Enter
combat with a minion". They do not ask that the minion be untapped or
tapped. Ambush, of course, requires the minion to be tapped.
>4- May I play another
>master card if somebody burns my master card with a "Sudden Reversal"?
No. Playing your master card uses your 1 master phase action per turn.
Suddenly reversing it doesn't give you that action back, it just
prevents the card from doing what it should. You would need the
Parthenon, Anson or Rumors of Gehenna to play another master card after
a Sudden Reversal.
>5- I'm
>attempting to bleed +1 with a "Social Charm" action. May I play "Mask of 1000
>Faces" to change the acting minion to a minion who doesn't have "Presence"?
No. Mask of 1000 Faces has errata to state that an action can only be
taken over by a minion if he would have been legally able to be the
acting minion given all the cards currently in use on the action -
including action modifiers.
>6- May I play "Mask of 1000 faces" when a minion is trying to leave torpor,
>to change the acting minion to a minion that is not in torpor?
No, as above, I believe. I cannot mask Wynn's rush action because I
could not have started the action unless I was Wynn. Similarly, I could
have left torpor if I wasn't in torpor so I doubt I could take the
action over.
>7- What
>happens if, in the end of a combat, a minion plays "Cat's Guidance" and the
>opposing minion plays "Psiche"?
Cat's Guidance - untaps the vampire. Psyche - re-enters combat. What
conflict do you see here?
>8- Can the strikes of "Entombment" and "Coma"
>be used at long range?
No. for a strike to be usable at long range, it has to say so (see
theft of vitae and compare with the Serpentis steal blood card which
does not allow itself to be used at range) or be ranged damage (which is
just another way of stating "may be used at long range, really").
