Hmmm.... Does this mean no action modifiers can be played again, say
Earth Control?? what about the blocking minion, can they play a second
Enhanced Senses? or are the card restirictions still in effect because
essentially its still the same action?
I like the ruling, we were playing it that the wake Forced was no longer
in effect so the blocker had to come up with another one, which really
bites for the blocker.

Action modifiers can still be played, but not the *same* action
modifiers (since it still the same action - note that the previous
action modifiers are still in effect by the same token).
The blocker cannot play another Enhanced Senses,but will still have the
amplified intercept from the first one, as above.
