Is a minion that blocked a bleed taped after the acting minion plays form of Mist. Can the reacting vampire play more intercept. Thanks Droz

Well, he was tapped back when he blocked the bleed - before the Form of Mist was played. > Can the reacting [minion] play more intercept? If he's untapped and attempting to block and has less intercept than the acting minion's stealth, yes. In general, the original blocker would need to be Woken or otherwise untap (Guard Dogs, Second Tradition, etc.) to block the action a second time. -- LSJ (vte...@wizards.com) VTES Net.Rep for Wizards of the Coast. It's not "the moment a bleed is delared", but rather "when a bleed exists that is declared against you." The bleed (unless it is redirected somehow) is declared against you for the duration of the action. "When you are the target of a bleed" would be a better way of saying it. When FoM is played, it continues the bleed action that is currently in progress. It (the bleed action) now continues "as if unblocked". An action is not cancelled when blocked, and is not "restarted" by Form of Mist. All action modifiers (stealth, for instance) and reaction cards (intercept, for instance) are still in effect, since they apply for the duration of the action by default. If you played a Wake with Evening's Freshness to block the bleed, that would still allow you to re-block the bleed (if you could muster one more intercept), since it is the same action. If you had played an untap card, though, like rats or dogs or Second Tradition, then you would have to find another way of untapping in order to block it a second time (since, after untapping, you would have tapped for the initial block). -- LSJ (vte...@wizards.com) VTES Net.Rep for Wizards of the Coast.
