No. and No. Superior Spying mission has an effect which includes "instead of removing pool" Therefore, you can't use the remainder of this effect (place on the acting vampire for +2 bleed later) since you can't meet the requirements (the cost - the sacrificing of the removal of pool). -- ----- L.
