Read all the post about these, but have a little question left.
Situation (fiction) :
Lucita was deranged by Lucian. (she turns Camarilla Malkavian).
She paid to untap, and played CI to Ravnos. (she turns Independent
Ravnos)
Next round she pays to untap again (for the derange), decides she
doesn't realy like to pay, and successfully moves the Derange card to
Synesios. (she remains Independent Ravnos)
Now forget about Lucita.
What happens to Synesios ?
A) He turns Camarilla Malkavian;
Lucian was the original acting vampire, and remains so for the
lifespan of the card.
B) He turns Independent Ravnos;
Lucita is now Ravnos, and is the acting vampire for the move
action.
Relevant card:
Derange
This is a +1 stealth action.
(D) Put this card on a younger vampire. The vampire with this card is
considered to be the same clan as the acting vampire. The vampire with
this card does not untap as normal. During his or her controller's
untap phase, he or she may burn 1 blood to untap. The vampire with this
card may move it to another vampire as a (D) action. This card cannot
be played on a Malkavian or Malkavian Antitribu.

A. Like the clan of an Emrace -- it doesn't change each time someone
takes an action.
