(LSJ) Framing an Ancient Grudge question

Here is the situation. I have Lazvernius (sp?) which allows me to play Framing an Ancient Grudge on Sir Walter Nash. I then banish Sir Walter Nash, who is my predator's minion. On his next turn he re- influences Nash out. This is Nash was the exact same card I banished, not an additional copy in my predator's crypt. When he comes back into play, does he regain his title?
