I have a question on The Second Tradition : Domain...the wording is,
"Prince or Justicar. +2 Intercept. Usable by a tapped vampire
that untaps and attempts to block"
Does the play of this card alone give the Prince/Justicar +2 intercept
as well as untapping them so that they can block? Or is it only
usable by a Prince/Justicar that is using some other means to untap and
block (such as Rats Warning...but not Wake, since that doesn't actually
untap the vamp)?
"Usable by [a tapped vampire that untaps and attempts to block]"
versus
"Usable by [a tapped vampire] that..."
(ie Usable by a tapped vamprie; that vampire untaps and attempts to block)
This card has always confused me...

The 2nd Tradition untaps the tapped P/J, and gives him +2 intercept.

If you're playing by the 'official' rules, yes. Many people
have house rules saying that you don't need to be tapped, so you should
discuss it with your play group and decide which interpretation makes
more sense to you.
