Contesting a card means struggling for control of that ally, vampire, location, etc, with another meth. Playing an identical card to one being contested makes no sense, because the thing is still being contested. no one can control a contested anything. -- Eric Eslinger, esli...@cps.msu.edu (__) Hey I'm a cow, I'm curious. It seems about as logical as being able to pull out a unique (vampire || ally || weapon || location) after it's already been burned/destroyed... --- GCS -d+(----) H+@* s !g p? !au>---- a- w+++ (!)v-- C++++ US+++>++++ P+ L>+++ 3 E---- N++ K- W-- M-- V- po--- Y+ t 5+ j R G' !tv b++ D+ B-- !e* u+* h--- f-- r++ n-- y++** (c) 1995 (.signature not included)

Um, no. All that does is makes you contest two cards against their one. It is possible to contest oneself, if one isn't careful... Seb.

It is out of play, but if you play another one, the newly played one is immediately contested along with the first two, so it is out of play as well, and you're losing more pool. Not a good idea :-)
