[rulesq] tapped and specials like quentins

does a minion have to be untapped to use their specials if it does not require tapping, e.g. quentins vote canceling my gut instinct is no, since i don't believe it is a "reaction" (i couldn't seem to find anything about specials being reactions/modifiers where appropriate) cheers Ben Szymkow

Too often people forget that she's capable of tapping in torpor since it's not an action. That's why you *must* untap torporized vampires in your untap phase, even if you do not intend to rescue them ;-) My own Marciana is always inserted on my Assamite crypts just for this (and sometimes to be an easy acess to Deflections, if the crypt is made with Badr al Budur). I'd love to have 3 of her.

It granted me a vp. Then, i used Greta kircher special while she was in torpor to survive, too. It was my first tournament win. After that day, I always look at any vamp special ability whether it says "ready" or not Smiling Tom
