Is it true that there will be an initial Jyhad release of limited edition black border cards followed by an unlimited white border release? Also I hear that the November release is called The Ice Age. Ric

No, the November release is Fallen Empires. Ice Age is a maybe expansion, maybe standalone game, which is on indefinite hold.
