These questions came up during our most recent play day. Trap If a vampire plays a trap card and the opposing vampire uses a senger dagger and the vampire gets aggro damage does it go into torpor immediately or is the Trap still played out? What if the vampire is Igo and he get two points of agro damage. Does he die and the trap end or does he still inflict damage until the Trap is over? Master Phase If Anson is ready you get two Master Phases. What happens then if you call the Rumors of Ghenna vote and it passes. Do you then get three master phases? What if another Rumors is passed. Do you get four Master Phases and so on? This is the first time in over three months that we had to stop our game and argue about something. We came to a compromise but would like further input. Well the Trap simply gives a continuing source of presses so if a press to end or any effect that ends combat such as strikes like Majesty or going to Torpor or being burned happen then the fight is over. Along those lines the Undying Persistence fortitude card gives 1 press and prevents the vampire going to torpor until the fight is over. So if the vampire is burned instead of simply sent to Torpor or if some card is played to end combat and/ or no presses are made to continue then the fight is also over. >Master Phase >If Anson is ready you get two Master Phases. All of these get you 2 action phases not additional ones. So your resetting the base not adding to it. Rory

Trap just provides presses, and has no particular ability to sustain combat. Sending a vampire into torpor ends the combat, Trap notwithstanding. Similarly, if one of the minions is burned, the combat is over. >If Anson is ready you get two Master Phases. What happens then if you call >the Rumors of Ghenna vote and it passes. Each of these effects sets your number of master phase actions to two, so they are redundant, not cumulative.
