I got a few questions about Jyhad. True or false:
We can play action modifier cards after prey has decided not to block the
bleed (i.e. threats or bonding)
Bianca is in torpor. Democritus wants to rescue her. He takes the
Encounter a vampire in torpor maneuver and pays 2 blood. Bianca still have
to take the Leave torpor maneuver before going to active region, thus she
still can be blocked and diablerized.
Charming lobby :
+1 stealth
Call a vote, if it passes, then the next vote passes automatically.
(bold) as above and gain 2 votes
Charming lobby must be played with a political card, and if the player has
no more political cards, then his prey's political card could pass
automatically.
Attacker declares first if he uses maneuvers, presses and declares his
strike first.

False. Bianca only uses the "leave torpor" action if she needs to get
herself out.

I assume you mean you want to use Charming Lobby when you call a vote
for a Sabbat Threat (or whatever)? This can't be done, as both using
a political to call a vote and using Charming Lobby are actions, and a
minion can't use two action cards at a same time. Charming Lobby simply
calls for a vote which, if it passes, will cause the next vote that
turn to pass automatically. The Lobbied vote can have no other game effect.
True that its effect is not limited to that turn, so your prey, or whoever
else, could take advantage of the Lobby.

We've been playing that this is TRUE.

FALSE: at least how we've played it. The action of encountering a Vampire
in torpor can be blocked, but once you're encountering, then you just
complete the action, you spend two blood from the minions (total) and
move Bianca to the ready area.

I don't have any of these cards, but as it reads above it's an action
modifier, and can only be played when you declare an action, so yes, if you
have no other political cards, then you're hosed.

That's how we're playing it. The initiator, the acting minion, when blocked
goes into combat and declares all maneuvers, strikes and presses first.
