situatation: 2 minions carrying the same unique piece of equipment, their methuselahs start contesting the equipment. 1 of the minions gets burned. can that minons controler still keep up the contesting? I would say yes, since the contested cards are considerd out of game. Greetz, Oortje

Now Player C takes permanent control of Sandra (via Form of Corruption, Hostile Takeover, etc.). What happens to the contestation?

What happens to the contestation? It continues as normal. A and C are contesting the Eye (since it is a minion card). [ quoted text not captured ]

Any effect that goes looking for an out-of-play card will not find it. Quote of LSJ (threat about "Kerrie" vs burn effect ofbloody talon) 4.1 of rulebook... For the duration of the contest, all copies of the contested card are turned face down and are out of play. Isn't this contradictory? Greetz, Oortje

If a different player plays a minion card that is currently being contested by two other players will that player now also have to pay for contestation? [ quoted text not captured ]
