Are minon cards that grant votes in a referendum consitered a lingering or instant effect? Bima plays bewitching oration. Mata Hari plays Kings Favor. Obvisously no other part of this but the votes could come into play. Mata Hari plays Covincraft.

Allies playing cards "as a vampire" benefits from the lingering effects of the card play (but still not from the effects of the card-in-play, if it is one that it put in play). > Bima plays bewitching oration. OK. Bima gains votes. > Mata Hari plays Kings Favor. Obvisously no other part of this but the > votes could come into play. OK. > Mata Hari plays Covincraft. OK.

[ quoted text not captured ] Well, Bima, being an ally, cannot call referendums, right. The Bima need some "as a vampire" way of doing so. Charming Lobby suffices.
