I have 6 pool and I cast Hostile Takeover to my prey`s Meshenka. He have 4 pool. After casting HT I have 5 pool. I can bid 4 bool without ousting myself but can my prey bid more than 3 cause if he wins he only pays half of the sum? So could he bid 5, thus winning Meshenka and then paying 3 pool? I think no, but I just wanna be sure. - Guzmo

In article <92ks68$qe6$1...@tron.sci.fi>, [ quoted text not captured ] He can bid 5 (he will pay half rounded up, it means 3), but it is always better (for him) to bid 6 (he will pay 3 too). [ quoted text not captured ]
