Can a Tremere Antitribu play a card like "Soul of the Earth" on a Tremere slave (and vice versa)? Or does the parent clan have to match up?

It only mention gargoyle slave. so yes, a camarilla tremere can put this card on Pugfar, sabbat tremere antitribu slave. reyda
