Only on a master card just played. The master card still counts as having
been played, which matters for cards like Giant's Blood.

Yes, you can use Bum's Rush on a tapped minion.

Yes. You only need a matching vampire to *play* a card with an appropriate
clan symbol; once the card is in play, clan is irrelevant except for
special cases like Backways.

If my memory isn't playing me one of it's usual tricks, I think you can use
Far Mastery to take control of a retainer. What happens when the retainer has
abilities that are dependent on a Disciplin? For example, Wolf Companion and
Murder of Crows have Life points that varies depending on whether you have
basic or superior Animalism. If the Far Mastering vampire doesn't have
Animalism, and the vampire that originally "employed" the retainer has superior
Animalism, will the retainer have the higher or the lower Life score?
a) The higher score. The "power" of the retainer doesn't change when it's
"owner" changes.
b) The lower score. The new controler doesn't have superior Animalism.
c) No score. :) You have to have Animalism to have that retainer. This means
that either you can't take control of such a retainer without the proper
Disciplin, or that you have to discard it as soon as you get it.
This question is also related to what happens when the controler of a
disciplin-dependent retainer raises the disciplin to superior. Will the stats
of the retainer change?

The retainer's life is set upon recruitment. It doesn't change. So if you
steal a retainer from someone with sup. animalism when you have none, it
keeps the same life with which it started. The same is true when the
vampire controlling it changes disciplines.

A retainer or ally with variable life has that life set when it is put
into play. For example, if Vliam Andor recruits a Murder of Crows, the
MoC will have 1 life; if I later give Vliam superior Animalism, the Crows
don't jump to 2 life. Similarly, if a vampire steals the Crows, they will
remain at 1 life, regardless of whether the stealing vampire has Animalism,
and if so, at what level.
