One question about this card: in the Vampire: the Masquerade RPG, a vampire enters a state of Rotschreck when it is about to be destroyed or torporized, like when the sun comes up or it is surrounded by fire or something that could potentially destroy it. However, in the card game of Vampire, the card acts against the minion causing the Rotschreck state instead of the vampire suffering from it. This doesn't make sense to my friends who play both the RPG and the CCG. What is the explanation? Scott Halvorson halv...@cptc.wisc.edu

Rotschrek is a master-out-of-turn so it seems to me that the card represents the methusala getting involved and letting you know, in no uncertain terms, he/she doesn't like the idea of you using a bit of aggro damage on one of his/her minions.
