The new V:tES rulebook is a little schizophrenic on whether
stolen blood can be used to heal damage:
8.3:
Steal Blood:
The stolen blood will also heal the vampire immediately.

21.1: Futher Examples:
Stealing Blood:
... Despite the fact that Eliza has 3 blood points, the third point can't
be used to heal damage (since it was just stolen).
Are you guys still trying to decide how steal blood should work?
