hello one thing about obedience, imagine this scenario; minion A with DOM is tapped in the turn of her methuselah (by doing something, its irrelevant :-) ), in the turn of the opposite methuselah one of his minions (minion B) plays an ambush versus minion A. B is younger than A, can A play an obedience althought is tapped? (yes i think because he can play reaction cards, and is about to enter combat). Is A untapped as the text of obedience? (this is main part of the question, is confuse i think no, but the text "is not tapped"...) See that A didn't block B, just plays an obedience to end combat before it begins, is this possible? card text follows Obedience [Jyhad, V:TES, Sabbat, SW] Cardtype: Reaction Discipline: Dominate Only usable when this reacting vampire is about to enter combat with an acting younger vampire. This vampire is not tapped and combat does not occur; untap the acting vampire. The acting vampire is blocked and cannot attempt the same action this turn. (S) As above, but do not untap the acting vampire bye! Geb

"Only untapped minions can take actions, block the actions of other minions or play reaction cards (see Minion Phase, sec. 6)." >Is A untapped as the text of obedience? No. What it is saying is that you do not tap them. IF they are tapped, they stay tapped. If they are untapped, they stay untapped. >See that A didn't block B, just plays an obedience to end combat >before it begins, is this possible? Yes. You can play Obedience after a successful Bum's Rush, for instance. All it requires are the ability to play the reaction, an older vampire and entering combat (often via a block, but not required to be so). -- James Coupe PGP Key: 0x5D623D5D EBD690ECD7A1F What's the meaning when you speak with so much feeling?
