Can the Mask of 1,000 Faces be used to permit a Prince to take many "Prince
or Justicar" actions? In a recent game, Jack had only a single prince in
play and wanted to use it for two actions. He used it to play Bloodhunt
and then played Mask so that a non-prince could carry out this action while
his prince untapped and did something else.
The basic question is do both vampires involved in the Mask need to be able
to take the action or just the first?

It is not required that the vampire taking over the action could have performed
the action on its own. So yes, this trick would work.
