Q Vampiric Disease and untap

Having followed the thread about Riddle Phantasique I note that it's made clear that all cards untap in the beginning of the untap-phase. Does this mean that Vampiric Disease will make an untapped, diseased vampire burn one blood at the beginning of the untap-phase? There are probably several other cards for which this question is valid as well. Sten During

[ quoted text not captured ] No. As per that thread, effects which occur when a vampire untaps occur when the vampire changes from a tapped state to an untapped one.
