Have an idea for a deck but have to check something first. You can put multiple Burden the Mind on a minion. Card Text states that they can take a action to ger rid of it and untap. Can the minion get rid of multiple Burden the Mind cards, or does the No Repeat Action rule apply?

Each Burden the Mind provides its own action, therefore a minion can take each action each turn (effectively taking one action to remove a BiM per BiM.) So yes, a minion with three BiM can remove one and untap, remove the next and untap (new card, new action), and remove the third in turn. -John Flournoy

There is no single "No Repeat Action" rule. Some actions are restricted, as specified in the rulebook: Bleeds [6.1.1] Political actions [6.1.7] Action cards (by name) [6.1.6] Cards in play (by instance) [6.1.6] The action to burn a Burned is provided by the card in play. A minion cannot attempt that action (to burn that specific Burden) more than once in a turn, but the minion is free to attempt to burn each one (one attempt each).

[ quoted text not captured ] It's an action granted by a card in play, so for each seperate BtM card, you can take the action (only) once per turn. ...And untap each time (I take it therein lies your cunning plan?). Teeka

[ quoted text not captured ] Nah, they only take pool damage when its not their turn. But weenie auspex (always a viable strategy) with Precognizant Mobility / Mylan plus Art`s Traumatic Essence / Misdirection... teehee. You get the idea. Maybe use Eurayle... but I like group 1 Anson for this deck. It wouldn't work but for the fact that only that minion can get rid of the card.

As per another thread, using an effect to untap the Burdened vampire is paid by the Methuselah playing the effect. So if your plan was to Burden a vampire, then tap them, and then use Precognizant Mobility to untap them, you would be the one paying the pool cost. http://groups.google.com/group/rec.games.trading-cards.jyhad/browse_thread/thread/122df4ed1efc9780?hl=en# Chris, Thrall of Arika

Thanks for the heads up.
