Some Jyhad questions
Can all vampires (even those of the wrong clan) use a hunting ground
(as long as there is a ready vampire of the right clan, or is that just
neccesary to bring the card into play)
Can bewitching Oration only be used by the person calling the vote. Can it
be used when calling a diablerie vote.
Can surprise influence be used by the person calling the vote, or only by
others - how about when it is a diablerie vote.
Do these two steal or create votes (how to understand 'gain' - I think
the answer is obvious, but we do have an argument here)

You need a vampire of the appropriate clan to put the hunting ground
into play. Once it's there, any of your vampires can make use of it.

Action modifiers can only be used by the minion performing the action,
so Bewitching Oration would only be usable by the vampire calling the
vote, yes. Neither action modifiers nor reactions can be used
during a bloodhunt vote (section 17.1).

It's a reaction card, so can only be used if another play calls the vote.
Again, it cannot be used during a bloodhunt vote.

They create votes, which would offset others' votes.
