As the move blood effect of DW ocurrs in strike resolution, is this
before or after any damage inflicted during the same strike resolution
to that same minion?

Simultaneous with the application of strike effects (which is all before
handling damage).

This is my guess... Normal strike resolution has no additional steps
to it (strike resolution itself has already been broken into SCE,
Dodging, First Strike, then Normal SR)... So I would just say that it
would go on the order of the acting methuselah's choice...
Am I wrong?

Slightly wrong.
Normal strike resolution = first, effects of strikes are
applied. Then, there is the "burn blood for damage" step
(in which damage prevention can be played).
Darkness Within's effect (like that of Wolf Companion, etc
etc) is simultaneous with "apply effects of strikes". But
because you don't burn blood/go to torpor for damage in
that step, you'll move blood for DW before the DW'd vamp
starts suffering the effects of damage.
This is the same reason that blood gained from "steal blood"
effects can be used to heal damage in the same strike
resolution. ("Steal blood" strikes resolve at the same time
as all other normal strikes, but since they aren't damage
they don't have to wait for the damage-handling step.)
Or, short answer: Darkness Within "takes effect" before
damage inflicted in the same strike resolution (ie the first
normal strike resolution in a round) is applied.
Josh
thinks this was answered by LSJ already in this thread, but
he may not have gone into as much detail...

So it removes the blood whenyou figure out what the strikes do, kinda
like the same time that theft steals blood? And all before damage
prevention which is where damage is actually applied from
strikes/environmental?
