Judges' Guidelines - Palm Reader Format

The link to the judges' guidelines in Palm reader format on the WW VTES Downloads page is broken. Does anyone have a copy of this file that could be posted somewhere else (like maybe the file area on the VTES Yahoo group)? Or any chance that the link could be fixed on the WW page?
