Hi! The following situation: In two consecutive rounds I play "Short Term Investment" during my master phase. a) Am I allowed to draw two blood for the following three rounds or b) is drawing blood from a "Short Term Investment" the same as playing a Mastercard in terms of drawing blood from the second card, therefor allowing to draw one blood for the following six rounds ? I think ruling b) is the logical one and in my opinion a) would make "Short Term Investment" and "Protrected Investment" far too powerful. Any comments ??? Correct. From: aa...@hal.COM (Tom Wylie) Newsgroups: rec.games.deckmaster Subject: NEW: Rulings summary for Jyhad Date: 9 Nov 1994 13:11:24 -0800 Protracted Investment: See "Short Term Investment" for rulings on this card. Short Term Investment: If a player has multiple master actions, can take multiple counters off of Investment(s). This is not possible if an out-of-turn Master card has been played, as that burns the entire master phase, not just an action. Because it says "take a counter off *the* Short Term Investment", you cannot take counters off multiple Investments if you only give up one master action to do so. -- ----- L.
