LSJ/Rules Team: Question about Kurt Densch

Hello folks! Was browsing some of the new minions and I noticed an odd ability on Kurt Densch: he can pay 1 blood to move the top card of your library to the bottom by paying 1 blood during your untap phase. I wonder... can he do it multiple times, paying 1 blood each time? I can't find a reason why not, but it sounds a little off. Could be quite strong, actually, helping in those decks that like Storage Annexes and so forth. I hope to see you at the Pixie. We can go get a drink together maybe! To answer your question, I believe Kurt Kobain falls under the "During X, do Y" template, in which you only get one shot at it.
