[LSJ] Baltimore Purge rule question

What happens if I make the Baltimore Purge unblockable with Day Operation and just leave the vampire in torpor. Do the other vampires go to torpor and nothing happens to mine as he is allready in torpor or does the effect fizzle ? johannes
