Here's some questions me and my fellow players are unsure about. If
anybody knows some answers I'd be obliged.
1. Does a vampire have to be untapped to play a reaction card? It says in
the rules that playing a reaction card "doesn't tap a vampire".
2. How fast can you sacrifice the edge? Say if you've got a threat-counter
but you don't want to sacrifice the edge to get rid of the counter,
since you are saving it for a vote. As you are gaining one blood from
the edge and loosing one from the threat counter you might as well
hold on to the edge. But if some player manages a succesful bleed, can
you then fast as hell sacrifice the edge. Hope this is clear...
3. When are you allowed to play Cat's guidance? The card says "immediatly
after it blocks". Is this the very second after the block is announced
and no more stealth/intercept cards are played, or right after the
combat the block leads to?
4. If you have three short term investments on the table, can you get 3
blood from them each turn? Or is it so (which I think) that instead
of playing a master card, you may choose to take one blood from one
of them. And if you for some reason have the ability to play two master
cards each turn, you may pick two blood from either one short term inv.
Thanx very much!

A vampire must be untapped to use a reaction card, yes.

You can give up the edge whenever you want to, including once it's "clear"
that a bleed will be successful. Note that it's possible that you would
think you're about to bleed, so you give up the edge, so your opponent
Telepathic Counters the bleed away.

It would be after the combat.

You spend one master action to take one counter off of one Investment.
You can't use multiple Investments unless you have multiple master actions
to spend.
