more questions

1)If I have two master phase actions (via Parthenon, or Anson...), can I play two master out-of-turn in a single round, or just 1 and in my turn I can play a normal master? 2)Does environmental damage counts towards the damage useful to play Disarm, or is my minion that has to do more damage than the other? 3)Is Legacy of Pander stackable?

The old text gave every Pander an *additional* vote. This meant that enough Panders with enough LoP's could get vote lock, which is WAY too powerful (the older vamps have a hard enough time as it is) and thematically completely wrong. Jeroen
