1)If I have two master phase actions (via Parthenon, or Anson...), can I play two master out-of-turn in a single round, or just 1 and in my turn I can play a normal master? 2)Does environmental damage counts towards the damage useful to play Disarm, or is my minion that has to do more damage than the other? 3)Is Legacy of Pander stackable?

You can only ever play one. "Out-of-turn: You may play an out-of-turn master card whenever appropriate during another player's turn. Doing this counts against your next master phase (see Master Phase, sec. 5). You may not play a second out-of-turn card against the same master phase - you'll have to wait until you square away the debt you owe on the first one. " (If you want a way of remembering this, just imagine what would happen if, say, Anson went to torpor, Gehenna was repealed or the Parthenon was burned *before* you got to your next master phase. You wouldn't have the master phase actions to pay it off.) >2)Does environmental damage counts towards the damage useful to play Disarm, >or is my minion that has to do more damage than the other? "Only usable at the end of a round of combat in which this vampire successfully inflicted more damage at close range than the opposing vampire" 'this vampire' has to do the damage. Environmental damage, therefore, doesn't count. >3)Is Legacy of Pander stackable? By current, Sabbat War card text, no. -- James Coupe PGP Key: 0x5D623D5D "You reinstall Dial-Up Networking. "Legacy of Pander [Sabbat, SW] Cardtype: Political Action Political Card-Worth 1 Vote Called by any Sabbat vampire at +1 stealth. If this referendum is successful, put this card in play. Each non-titled Pander has one vote. Any Sabbat vampire may call a referendum to burn this card as a +1 stealth political action." Does "has one vote" mean that each non-titled Pander gets ONLY 1 vote even if you play more than 1 Legacy of Pander? [ quoted text not captured ]

Please edit your posts for context - don't just quote the entire message if you're only responding to one point. Yes - each pander gets 1 vote even if more than one Legacy of Pander is in play. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. The old text gave every Pander an *additional* vote. This meant that enough Panders with enough LoP's could get vote lock, which is WAY too powerful (the older vamps have a hard enough time as it is) and thematically completely wrong. Jeroen
