[LSJ] Black Throne and House of Sorrow

Can I use House of Sorrow to gain two pool from The Black Throne when activating the latter for its poolgain effect? I seem to recall asking something similar about Church of Vindicated Faith, which probably works the same way, but Google Groups doesn't want to let me search for that answer at the moment. Tap when a minion with a contract leaves the ready region (only usable if an Assamite you control had been chosen for that contract) to gain 1 pool. House of Sorrow Master: unique location. Tap to untap any card you control that is not a minion. If you do so, neither that card nor this location untap as normal on your next untap phase.
