Hi , i have some problem with how to you the master out of turn ROTSCHRECK. When Vampire A attack Vampire B ( other player ) , vampire come to pre-strike step and vampire B use the card : Bone Spur So vampire B can use his hand to make agraved domage. Can Other player ( not involved in the combat ) use the master card ROTSCHRECK on vampire A ? Can the owner of the vampire B use the master Card ROTSCHRECK ? i am supprised that a vampire with just protein can make an inner circle in torpor just like this. :) Thank all Magus

No. But if the set-up went a little futher: ... and (after maneuvers, if any) range is set to close and then vampire B declares his strike as "hands for 1 aggravated". Then the answer is "Yes" for all Methuselahs except the Methuselah whose turn it is. > i am supprised that a vampire with just protein can make an inner circle in > torpor just like this. :) "Protean".
