[qui] This vampire gains 1 blood. [aus][qui] This vampire gains 1 blood. Put this card on this vampire. The vampire with this card has +1 intercept. [AUS][QUI] As [aus][qui] above, and this vampire gets +1 bleed when bleeding the controller of the burned vampire. and if it is both simultaneously, then it falls under the one action modifier card by name per minion per action, doesn't it? salem.

I don't think there are still any cards that are "both simultaneously" in any strict sense. You may be remembering how Ritual of the Bitter Rose used to work (under VTES text it was both an action modifier and a combat card and so could only be played in combat when acting), or something. Nowadays, cards generally have symbols for each type they're playable as (see Swallowed by the Night, Burning Touch) but don't generally have text reminding you that they can be played as any of those types, as appropriate, depending on the text. (Burning Touch for example lacks such text. Any pre-CE Swallowed by the Night card probably has it. ("This card may be used as an action modifier card or a combat card.") And nowadays, if they *are* only playable under certain circumstances as certain types, (like, if played as a combat card, may only be played when acting) they generally get text to that effect (as with the first line on Draught of the Soul). But it's not exactly both cardtypes at once: it is *playable* in combat when you're not the acting minion; you just don't get the "continue action" effect and it doesn't count as an action modifier then. Josh of course, there may still be some that i'm forgetting
