The official tournament rules have changed. There is no longer a list of
cards restricted to 6 copies. Cards are either banned:
Cunctator Motion (V:TES)
High Stakes (V:TES)
Rowan Ring (Jyhad)
Stake (Jyhad)
Monocle of Clarity (Jyhad)
Playing For Keeps (Dark Sovereigns)
or you may play with an unlimited number, however they have included a
no repeat actions rule & a no vote push rule.
1. Repeat Action rule: No single vampire can repeat an action in a turn.
This refers to the particular action type. For
example, a vampire which successfully bleeds its prey via Computer
Hacking, then untaps via Freak Drive, cannot
perform any bleeding action again whatsoever that turn, regardless of
whether or not it is a Computer Hacking action.
2. Vote Replenishment rule: Players do not replenish their hands as a
result of using political action cards as extra
votes until the end of their turn.
Many people interpret rule #2 to really mean replace your burned
political cards at the end of the current Methuselahs turn, otherwise
you start your turn with less than 7 cards if you pushed votes.
