It (the bomb) is burned only if the action (to burn a location) is successful,
or the strike resolves (inflicting damage or not). So, blocking the burn
location action would keep the bomb from being burned. Also, S:CE would
keep the bomb strike from resolving, and therefore keep the bomb from being
burned. Dodge only negates the effect of a strike on the dodging minion
and/or his equipment. Dodge does not prevent the other strike from
resolving. Therefore the Bomber takes the 5 damage and the bomb is burned.

The use is not negated. Blood Rage/Fury only negates the "damage
done" by the weapon - not any other effects (like paralyzation or
self-burning). [Card Text].

He still gets to strike, and the strike still resolves. Only the
damage (if any) from the strike is nullified.
