No, that's also covered in the rulebook.
Also, you may only benefit from one source of additional strikes each
round of combat - so you can't play Blur twice in one round, or even use
Blur and, say, Lightning Reflexes. (Quickness and Jacko are exceptions
to this, by card text.)
