It says "vampires do not get stealth when hunting." Even vamps with a permanent +1 stealth still hunt at zero stealth when there's a Strained Vitae in play, right? If that's so, it could be a helpful way of catching up with Jost, Muaziz or that Toreador wannabe Rebekka and beating them to a bloody pulp...
