I have been trying to contact white wolf for over a week now, to try and change my email adress (the one I registred with is no longer existent) so I can reset my password and log in again, etc etc. The first e-mail i send was answered with a short reply requesting for more information, after sending this e-mail nothing has returned. I have sended three email trying to get a reply but it seems like noone is interested in answering. Is this a common problem? If so, how can I avoid it? (besides not trying to contact them) Or should I just give up, create a new account and loose my played games history? And can you even create a new account with the same name if there is still one present?

I have received one of your emails (the one sent via the web form), and I've forwarded that one on to Robyn and Oscar. > Is this a common problem? If so, how can I avoid it? I have been waiting for over two weeks now, and I have created a new account which I used to register as prince of Utrecht. But even on this registration I have not yet received an answer. Good way to get demotivated :( paul LSJ schreef: [ quoted text not captured ]
