Fire Dance Queries

Hi, I am slightly unsure about these ones. Scenario 1: My vampire has a Fire Dance on them and they play Burst of Sunlight (basic) as a strike, do they take 1 agg as normal or 1 normal damage (if this is the agg they want to change). Scenario 2: My vampire has a Fire Dance, play Dawn Operation when blocked and Weather Control in the resulting combat, can you use the Fire dance to change the point of agg to normal from the Weather Control, like Skin of Night, or not. Apologies for being a bit of a fool on this point, but it is to resolve a potential arguement in advance (pretty much over the word "inflicted" - whether it can be my own vampire or only the opposing vampire).
