[Questions] Card questions

Hi everybody, Two questions again, I didn't find the answer on the white wolf rulings and errata sections so I post here. 1. Chiropteran Marauder & The Path of Metamorphosis Path of Metamorphosis says: "Tzimisce burn one less blood". Can I use this effect when playing Chiropteran Marauder at superior to avoid paying the blood cost? 2. Yitzak. His special power states: "Yitzak may tap a younger vampire as a (D) action. If successful, that vampire does not untap as normal during his or her next untap phase". Can Yitzak use his special power and mmake the (D) action on a already tapped vampire? If he does, the action fizzles? Can the vampire untap the next untap phase? Thanks, Chester DuBois.

The cost of a card is the number printed in the red blood drop. The cost of other effects are not affected by the Path. > 2. Yes. The target could even be a tapped vampire in torpor. > If he does, the action fizzles? Can the vampire untap the next untap phase?
