Rutor's Hand/Flak Jacket Question

We had this question come up in a Jyhad on Line Game: Can Flak Jacket be used to prevent the damage from superior Rutor's Hand? What can be used to prevent the damage? Thanks in advance -- Steve

And, the rules team has ruled that damage from superior Rutor's Hand is to be treated as "damage dealt during strike resolution", so all normal damage prevention cards apply (but you can't dodge or S:CE, since you aren't granted a strike in reply). -- L.
