Inconnu Tutelage Event Inconnu A Methuselah may spend four transfers and remove a vampire in his or her uncontrolled region from the game to search for any card in his or her library and put it in his or her hand (discarding and shuffling afterward). Just read through LSJ posts on this card and didn't see this (perhaps because it's obvious enough that no one bothered to ask)... If I remove an uncontrolled vamp with counters on her, do I get those counters back to my pool or are they simply removed from the game with the card? I guess the answer would tacitly cover Malgorzata's effect as well (Malgorzata may remove a vampire in your uncontrolled region from the game to add 4 blood from the blood bank to another vampire in your uncontrolled region as a +1 stealth action.) for the sake of future searches on the topic. Thanks, Chris

I would not have guessed that. I'm adding an Inconnu Tutelage to my Recruiting Party deck as soon as I finish typing this - transfer N counters back to my pool and gain a bonus fish in my library, all for the low, low cost of 4 transfers and an uncontrolled vampire! (Toward the mid game, I often have several uncontrolled vampires with more than 2 counters on them, and no fast way to transfer the pool back.) It makes a good complement to Info Highway and Kaymakli Nightmares. Thanks, Alex

[ quoted text not captured ] The bank != "my pool".

I was all ready to follow up with a question on Chain of Command too... Thanks anyway, Alex
